And yeah, your point about Tor is accurate, and it made me angry. I loved him.

George, you probably wouldn't enjoy this one. It's unfortunate. If the whole book were like Part one, I'd recommend it to you wholeheartedly.Jenna St. Hilairehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04474588706124865006noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22927650.post-27242424825016231692012-06-28T15:21:35.141-07:002012-06-28T15:21:35.141-07:00Thanks for the review, Jenna. This really doesn't sound like a book I'd enjoy.Georgehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16501327753737422337noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22927650.post-6136570631122255482012-06-28T09:28:56.322-07:002012-06-28T09:28:56.322-07:00You put your finger on it that the book has a bif...You put your finger on it that the book has a bifurcated feel. One is left feeling--Spoiler Alert--that Tor ends up a second best choice to the immortal (and why is he? What is he?) Luthe, a curious character. The whole time with him has a dreamlike feel at odds with the rest of the book, and their relationship that left Aerin a double-minded woman was odd to me as well. I think The Blue Sword has a more consistent feel, although it's been many years since I've read these books.

--ArabellaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
